Senyo M. Adjabeng is a respected HR Consultant and Trainer, Project Management Professional (PMP), Mediator/Arbitrator and ADR Consultant with extensive experience advising organizations across sectors.

An ardent writer, he is the published author of two books — Career Toolkit for Successful Job Hunting and 51 Rules for the Perfect Gentleman. His third book, HR Governance: HR Risks You Should Avoid, provides practical guidance for staying ahead of HR risk.

Senyo holds a Master’s Degree in Conflict, Peace and Security, a Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgy and Minerals Engineering, and postgraduate qualifications in Business Administration, International Human Resources, and Diplomacy & International Relations.

He combines technical rigor, people management expertise, and conflict resolution skills to help organizations build governance systems that work.

Outside work, he enjoys golf, hiking, fishing.
